JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file a wholesome application for grant of arms license afresh, in accordance with the Arms Rules, 2016, however, seeks a direction upon the Respondent authorities to consider the same and take a decision thereon, within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to
