2. By order dated 17.07.2019, the Court had directed the District Education Officer, Lakhisarai and the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Lakhisarai to be present in Court.

3. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Lakhisarai is present and the Court has been informed that he is also the Incharge District Education Officer, Lakhisarai. Second

Patna High Court MJC No.1375 of 2018 dt.09-08-2019 2/2 supplementary show cause has been filed in which unqualified and unconditional apology has been tendered.

4. In view thereof, accepting the apology, the Court does not propose to proceed against them. Accordingly, the issue stands consigned.

5. Coming to the merits, it is admitted at the bar that the order dated 25.01.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19377 of 2016, has been complied with.

6. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
