On getting confidential information regarding transportation of wine, a raid was conducted at the bank of a river, the Ganges and during course thereof, others managed to succeed while one person was apprehended who is none other than the petitioner. It has further been disclosed that a bag which was thrown there searched out wherefrom 60.480 litres of foreign wine (Indian origin) of different brands were seized. The petitioner is under custody since 16.12.2019 having no criminal antecedent as per paragraph 3 of the petition. Accordingly, the petitioner Ganesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
