JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 This application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.06.2021 passed in M.J.C. No. 1119 of 2021, whereby C.W.J.C. No. 22107 of 2019 was directed to be restored subject to removal of defects within three weeks from the said date. The defects have not been removed. In such circumstance, this modification application has been filed for extending the time for removal of defects in C.W.J.C. No. 22107 of 2019.

Considering the facts and circumstance, in the interest of justice, the order dated 23.06.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1119 of 2021 is modified by permitting the petitioner to remove the defects in C.W.J.C. No. 22107 of 2019 within two weeks from today.
