2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 103(1),3(5) of the BNS.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners in the FIR of committing murder of the son of the informant, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed.
