The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No. 551 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 379, 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioner and co-accused Rakesh Kumar have been apprehended by the police with motorcycle bearing registration No. BR-22T-4098 but co-accused Rakesh Kumar fled away on the pretext to bring the documents of the said motorcycle. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018. Considering the fact petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is custody since 11.10.2018, let the petitioner
