On the face of it, it appears that the license fee was revised in the year 2005 and now the situation is changed. Learned counsel for petitioner in view of the changed situation seeks permission to withdraw this petition filed for restoration of CWJC No.12119 of 2005 with liberty to agitate the matter with regard to enhancement of license fee before the competent authority.

Prayer is allowed.
