JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2015 This is an application for grant of regular bail in favour of the petitioner who is an accused in connection with Hajipur Sadar PS Case No. 361 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 II and 35 of the Arms Act read with Section 35 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the petitioner's possession, one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered. He is in custody since 15.7.2015 and the police are said to have submitted chargesheet after completion of investigation. It is stated in the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Keeping in view the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47722 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Sadar PS Case No.361 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
