JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 643 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant with helmet and allegation of firing is against accused Akash Kumar.
Considering the fact that the allegation of firing is against accused Akash Kumar, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let petitioner, above-named, in the event
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6945 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nagar P.S.
