1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondents to remove encroachment from the 'Gairmazarua Aam Land' bearing khata no -756 plot no 2179 having its areas of 2.12 Acres situated at village Sowan under Buxar District over which private respondents have

Patna High Court CWJC No.2979 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 encroached by constructing Pucca House, as well as HUT upon the said Land due to which ingress and outgress of the public as well as petitioner have been obstructed and further to pass any other order or orders to which petitioner found entitled too."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Dumraon, District-Buxar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, before the Circle Officer, Dumraon, District-Buxar, within a period of two weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Dumraon, District-Buxar shall consider the same, in accordance with law and shall pass appropriate orders after hearing the affected parties, forthwith.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.
