====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 11-04-2025 Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State are present.

2. The present Cr. Misc. application has been filed for modification/extension of order dated 12.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75923 of 2024 due to the reason that the petitioner could not surrendered himself before the Trial Court within the stipulated time period.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 12.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.75923 of 2024, petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court and was directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of order. But, in extreme unfortunate circumstance, petitioner could not surrendered himself before the Trial Court within the stipulated time period. The reasons have been well explained in the application.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10220 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 Counsel submits that the petitioner is ready to pay a fine for his alleged mistake and is ready to deposit Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand).

4. As such, petitioner is hereby directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) before the Advocate Association, Patna High Court.

5. In the light of the norms mentioned, let the time period which has been granted to the petitioner to surrender himself before the Trial Court vide order dated 12.11.2024 is hereby extended for further three weeks counting from today. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.

6. It is made clear that further three weeks' time granted to the petitioner by this Court shall only be effective when the petitioner shall show the deposit slip of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) to the Trial Court in this matter.

7. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Misc. No.10220 of 2025 is hereby allowed and order dated 12.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75923 of 2024 is modified up to that extent.
