The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 323, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.09.2018. He further submits that on account of land dispute over fixing of Bomboo (Khuta), the dispute turned ugly and informant had sustained injury.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let

Case No. 67 of 2018.
