This application is filed for quashing the F.I.R. vide Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No. 1488/2017 dated 13.10.2017, registered under section 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 120(B), 506 and 509 of Indian Penal code and 27 of Arms Act instituted against the petitioner.

The writ petition is filed by the L.I.C. of India. Though the L.I.C. of India is not an accused. In view of the above, the application is held to be not maintainable.
