Patna High Court CWJC No.19021 of 2017(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 direction or directions to the respondents to stop Bridge making on Ganguli River, which is made on Ganguli River and it's place is 43.40 K.M. from Madanpur and 700 meter east to Matiyariya village and 500 meter west to Sirisiya Village, Police Station - Matiyariya, District - West Champaran."

The present petition filed in its present form is totally misconceived as it is definitely not in the interest of public to stop the construction of the bridge which commenced in the year 2012.

As such, we dismiss the present petition.
