1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Puraini Police Station Case No. 184 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 379, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant is proprietor of Ganesh Prabha Fuel Centre. It has been alleged that father of the petitioner namely Rajesh Kumar Sinha was appointed as manager on 24.07.2019 in the petrol pump on the salary of Rs. 10,000/-. The petitioner used to come at the petrol pump in order to help his father. It has been alleged that both father and son took away/stolen Rs. 1,58,900/- from the chest of the petrol pump.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student aged about 21 years. During the Corona period, he used to go to the petrol pump in order to give lunch to his father. The petitioner at that point of time was studying in class 12th and at present he is pursuing his B.Tech course at Chennai. The petitioner was not the employee at the petrol pump and the father of the petitioner was arrested by the police and has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 17382 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.
5. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a student studying B.Tech at Chennai, he was not the employee of the petrol pump, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Udakisunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Puraini Police Station Case No. 184 of 2020, subject to the
