3. Learned Advocate for the State fairly contended that the petitioner has statutory remedy under Section 27A of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961.

4. In view of the fact that today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution; however with liberty aforesaid, if he so pleases.
