04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pradeep Narain Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is father-in-law of deceased and in custody since 19-04-2014 in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 146 of 2013, registered on 27-07-2013 under Sections 304 (B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during investigation, witnesses have categorically stated that deceased died due to diarrhoea and vomiting, however; only on suspicion and on the ground that parents of deceased were not informed before cremation, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. It has further been submitted that husband of the deceased is still lying in jail.

No.44715 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely; Mintu Mahto be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 146 of 2013.
