The petitioner, who is in custody in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 86 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ofcourse allegation was made regarding commission of rape with the minor child, during investigation victim was got examined by the medical officer and during medical examination no internal or external injuries were found on the person of the victim.
