The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour P.S. Case No. 92/2012 under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner shot dead Kiran Devi and witnesses saw him fling away from the place of occurrence after firing. It is submitted that nobody has seen the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid that the trial has already begun and four witnesses have been examined. I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from the date of
