In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Gobindganj P.S. Case No.203 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner was caught with the looted Tank lorry. He has submitted that he has done at the instance of two accused persons as the petitioner has found with the looted Tank lorry.

In such view of the matter, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in January, 2016.
