JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 After some argument having noticed that the dispute raised in the present writ application may be agitated before the Bihar Public Works Contract Arbitration Tribunal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application seeking liberty to move before the Tribunal in accordance with law.

In the facts of the present case where the order of blacklisting has yet not been passed and all other issues raised in the writ application may be agitated before the Arbitration Tribunal in accordance with the Bihar Public Works Contract

Patna High Court CWJC No.3967 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 Arbitration Tribunal Act, 2008, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy, if occasion so arises, before the Tribunal in accordance with law.
