The petitioner is not ready to keep his wife but the wife is ready to live with her husband.
In such situation, it will not be proper to again send the petitioner behind the bar. The purpose will be served to see, if the reasonable amount is paid to O.P. No. 2. The petitioner is agreeable to pay Rs. 5,000/- per month to O.P. No. 2 which should be paid on and before 7th of every month.
As the petitioner is ready to deposit the aforesaid amount, his bail is confirmed. In failure to deposit the aforesaid money on two consecutive months, bail granted in favour of the petitioner will be deemed to have been cancelled. The said amount should be deposited in the bank account of O.P. No. 2 which will
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47997 of 2015 (5) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 be furnished by her before the court below and also to the counsel for the petitioner and that should be communicated to the petitioner.
