2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC .

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the nephew of the informant due to which he sustained injury .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to land dispute between both the parties a free fight took place between them in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter case between the parties for which an FIR was also lodged by the petitioner's side against the informant and others in connection with Amnour P . S. Case No. 230 of 2023 , which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13113 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 is said to be earlier in point of time from the present case .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner is that he caused grievous injury to the nephew of the informant.

6. Considering the nature of injury caused by this petitioner and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
