====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respodents.

The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of certiorari to set aside the order dated 30.11.2018 as passed by the learned court of District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua passed in Arms License Cancellation Case No. 2 of 2018 and for issuance of a writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to not interfere in peaceful life of the petitioner.

Considering the reliefs as sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2849 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 directed to file a statutory appeal before the Appellate Authority under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959 within a period of thirty days from today. The said appeal shall be disposed of by the Appellate Authority preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such appeal.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
