It is also their claim that they had cleared 1st Part and 2nd Part of the said examination. For the reasons unknown, the petitioners claim, their results have not been published by the University. Instead of keeping the matter pending, this application is disposed of, at this stage itself, with a direction to the Examination Controller, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, to look into the petitioners' grievance and see to it that if they are
Patna High Court CWJC No.16749 of 2017(2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 legally entitled to, their results are published without any further delay.
In case, the Examination Controller, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, is of the view that the results of the petitioners, cannot be published, for any valid reason, he will be required to pass reasoned speaking order within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
