2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019 dated 04.12.2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code, but charge sheet has been submitted under Section 394, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that while the informant was on the way, he was intercepted by three miscreants riding on one motorcycle and they snatched the motorcycle and mobile of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged against three unknown persons. The petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional

No.7892 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 statement of Pappu Yadav @ Ashok Sao who has been granted bail vide order dated 07.04.2021 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 348 of 2021. However, there is no recovery from his possession and he has not been identified so far. Co-accused, Monu Kumar @ Monu Sonkar Jagdhari Rawtik has also been granted bail vide order dated 05.05.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8940 of 2025. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2024 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 279 of 2019.
