2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2014 in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 15 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 409, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in fact, the entire amounts received under various heads have been distributed by the petitioner. Statements in this regard have been signed by the Secretary of the School Education Committee at whose instance the first information report has been instituted, as stated in the bail petition.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and
