The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail, the application is once again rejected. The Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner if he does not surrender within two week from the date of receipt of this order in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
