ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 28-08-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to approach the Revisional Authority under Rule 32(6) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to approach the Revisional Authority by way of challenging the order passed by the District Magistrate/ Appellate Authority vide order dated 18.10.2022 within a period of four weeks from today.
