KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 24-02-2020 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For directing the respondents authority to stop the establishment of garbage factory and collection of garbage in middle of the village at Nagar Panchayat Gogri, Jamalpur, Ward No. 18, which is causing great pollution in the area and is making the area unfit for residence of persons staying

(ii) For a direction upon the respondents to ensure the cleanliness of Ward No. 18, Nagar Panchayat, Gogri, Jamalpur, Khagaria, and further for removal of garbage machine which has been causing environmental pollution leading to serious health hazards to the habitants therein."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner shall be content if a direction is issued to the concerned respondents/authority to consider and decide the representation, which he shall be making within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel for the respondents states that upon receipt of such representation, if any, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt thereof. The appeal is accordingly, disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid.
