2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detail representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent no. 5.
3. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent no. 5, is directed to call for the service records relating to the petitioner's father, who have retired from the post of Assistant Teacher.
4. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent no. 5, is directed to make payment of arrears of pension due to the deceased employee, who is father of the petitioner, on account of financial upgradation in terms of notification of the Finance Department contained in Annexure-1. The respondent no. 5 is further directed to ensure to send revised sanction letter to the Accountant General, Bihar, who will revise the pension of the father of the petitioner namely Late Umesh Chandra Tiwary, in accordance with law.
5. The above exercise is directed to be taken by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali at Hajipur, respondent no. 5, within a period of four weeks and thereafter he must communicate to the Accountant General, Bihar, who will ensure to send authority letter to the Treasury Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur within further two weeks.

6. The Treasury Officer, Vaishali at Hajipur is directed to forthwith release the entire amount of the dues which will be credited into the account to the petitioner without any further delay.
7. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
