The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2014 in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No.402 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, District-Darbhanga.
