JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 At the very outset, Sri Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2/official of Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. submits that order passed in Misc. Appeal No. 825 of 2010 has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. The submission made by learned counsel for the insurance company was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, there is no need to keep the matter pending.

The petition stands disposed of.
