The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.116 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is named in the FIR. There is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons that they have surrounded the deceased and there are allegations against the other accused persons of firing on the deceased. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is only member of the mob and no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He is in custody since 17.12.2019 and another accused person having similar allegation has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9014 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 Court, vide order dated 13.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50334 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Jduge, Naugachia, District Bhagalpur/Successor court in connection with Naugachia P.S.Case No.116 of 2018.
Accordingly, this application is allowed.
