JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-03-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner pursuant to the work order dated 02.12.2015.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.

Learned counsel for the respondents invites attention to the statements made in the supplementary counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the admitted dues of Rs. 43,84,284/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque no. 434268 dated 19.01.2018. It is therefore submitted that nothing is due to the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4940 of 2017 dt.19-03-2018 2/2 supplementary counter affidavit and that no rejoinder has been filed controverting the facts stated therein though a copy thereof was served upon the petitioner as far back as on 25.01.2018, the writ petition stands disposed of.
