ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has given a representation seeking permission for running a cattle-fair in his land (Mouza Mali Sarh, Thana No. 509, Khata No. 61, Khesra No. 52, Area 65 decimal and Khata No. 35, Khesra No. 54, Area 22 decimal) every Friday, but the authorities till date have not passed any order. Learned counsel stated that direction may be given to the authorities concerned for passing orders on the representation made by the petitioner. 2.
For counter, the learned counsel for the respondent has stated, though the authorities have examined the case of the petitioner and found that the same is not feasible as the distance of 3 miles should be there between two cattle fairs and that permission has been granted to organise cattle in a different village within 3 miles, but till date no orders have been passed by the authorities concerned on representation made by the

Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed directing the authorities concerned to dispose off the representation made by the petitioner on 03.03.2017 (Annexure-2) as expeditious within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
