The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Ravi Shankar Singh, the informant, named six persons and alleged that the accused persons kidnapped his daughter. The informant further alleged that the petitioner also supported her son in kidnapping the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the informant has named six persons, but he is not an eye-witness of the occurrence.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is only alleged to have helped his son in kidnapping the daughter of the

No.45094 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 informant and for that the petitioner, being a lady, is in jail since 24.8.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.451 of 2014.
