The petitioner by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction upon respondent No.3, the learned Additional Collector, Land Ceiling, Bhagalpur to dispose off the Land Ceiling Case Appeal No.67/1984-85 expeditiously as the same is pending since 2010.

3. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose off the writ petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to take up the Land Ceiling

Patna High Court CWJC No.9408 of 2018(2) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 Case Appeal No.67/1984-85 and bring it to its original conclusion preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.

4. Suffice it to say that before disposal of the aforenoted case, it is expected that a fresh notice be given to all the stakeholders.

5. Accordingly the present writ petition stands dismissed.
