2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 356 and 379 of I. P . C .

3. As per the prosecution case, 3 unknown miscreants looted informant and while fleeing away they left the motorcycle in question without number plate and the name of the petitioner has transpired during course of the investigation .

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the bike which was recovered from the place of occurrence belongs to this petitioner, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected.
