Binod Rai, Bharat Kumar @ Vikash Kumar were apprehended along with stolen motorcycle, who during course of interrogation disclosed that they used to sell motorcycle to different persons after snatching and, they have sold to two different persons including the petitioner whereupon, police conducted raid and from other persons including the petitioner stolen motorcycles were recovered.

From para 3 it is evident that petitioner has got criminal antecedent even then in the background of allegation in consonance with period of custody since 03.09.2019, petitioner Rohit Kumar @ Kallu @ Rohit Kumar Kallu, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
