2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(A) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 03.04.2015 (Annexure-2) passed by the respondent no.2 (Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra) in B.L.D.R. Appeal No. 181 of 2011.

(B) For issuance of appropriate writ/order/direction commanding the respondent authorities to restore the possession to petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14451 of 2016(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 over the land in question which details are mentioned in para 3 of this writ application in terms of provisions of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009 in accordance with law."

3. Learned GP-14 submits that against the order passed by the Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra on 13.04.2015, the petitioner has remedy of approaching the Bihar Land Tribunal.

4. This Court finds force in the submission of learned State counsel. However, since there is no appearance, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
