JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing Memo No.3092 dated 30.06.2016 issued by the State Transport Commissioner, Patna by which the petitioner has been put under suspension.

The respondents have produced an order dated 23.11.2016 by which the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and his joining has been accepted w.e.f. 19.10.2016. In the said order it has been stipulated that for the suspension period w.e.f. 30.06.2016 to 18.10.2016, a decision would be taken subsequently.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17070 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the respondents has also produced an order dated 21.09.2017 whereby and whereunder a sum of Rs.1,76,937/- has been directed to be paid to the petitioner on the head of subsistence allowance/arrears of salary. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,76,937/- within a period of four weeks from today. It is further directed that thereafter the arrears of salary and month to month salary, as admissible, shall be paid to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
