Petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 313, 498 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Act 3/4 of the D.P.Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as these petitioners are concerned, they are 'Nanad and Nandosi' of the informant. Marriage between the informant and one Chandan Kumar was solemnized on 16.02.2015. These petitioners have nothing to do with the family of Chandan Kumar as they are settled in their own life.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, considering the nature of relationship and the specific statement that these petitioners reside at Khagaria which is at far distant place from Shakarpura, let in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
