The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barabar Tourism P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 379, 420, 411, 353, 341, 332, 323, 504, 188 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 11/56 of the Bihar Mineral Concession Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage Rule and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner is a member of mob.
