2. In view of the allegations set out in the First Information Report that petitioner and five others were seen running away from the tea-stall, where the occurrence of shooting took place, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner to the privilege of bail at this stage, but considering the fact that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he has surrendered himself in the court below, it is directed that he may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in jail custody.
