The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioners had hot talk with her father and thereafter her father was found dead. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioners in killing of her father.

It appears that except suspicion the police did not collect any tangible material to show that the petitioner committed murder of the father of the informant. The petitioners are in jail since 16.06.2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45051 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Munger in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014.
