Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120B and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail was earlier rejected by this Court by an order dated 02.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25801. It has emerged on the basis of submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that the trial before the Court below has progressed and some of the witnesses have already

Considering the fact that the trial is at an advanced stage, in my opinion, no case for re-consideration of the petitioner's prayer for regular bail is made out. This application is accordingly rejected.

If the trial does not concluded within six months from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

This application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
