2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case has been filed for grant of post retiral benefits of the petitioner such as GPF amount, group insurance scheme amount, unutilized leave, encashment amount, pension and gratuity along with statutory interest.

Learned counsel for the Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, Bhagalpur, has filed a counter affidavit on 07.05.2025 and has taken this Court to paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit wherein it has been said the monthly pension to the tune of Rs.1,10,166/- has already been commenced in favour of the petitioner besides the GIS amount of Rs.2,31,325/- and gratuity amount of Rs.2,31,325/- and UGPF amount of Rs.19,73,330/- which the petitioner has already received.

At this stage, learned counsel for the University submits that because of certain dues to the tune of Rs.24,90,028/-, the amount of unutilized leave is withheld which is pending and on re-assessment with the cooperation of this petitioner, the same shall be released for which the petitioner may be granted liberty to file appropriate representation before the authorities concerned, supported with other materials to buttress his claim and would be at liberty to also submit such other claims which, according to him, is still payable by them.
5. On submission of such representation, the University would be obliged to take a final call within a period of six weeks and necessary steps shall be taken to redress the grievance of the petitioner and upon such adjudication, if the
