The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No.79 of 2021 dated 25.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 308, 379 and 34 IPC but later on Section 341, 323, 308, 325, 448 & 34 IPC was added, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Madhubani. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9340 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
