Considering the nature of relief prayed by the petitioner in the present writ application, the court is not inclined to issue any positive direction. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance by filing a detailed representation within a period of two months from the date of availability of certified copy of this order and the competent authority shall address grievance of the petitioner by a reasoned speaking order within a period of sixty days from the date of filing of the representation.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
